According to the Law on Consumer Protection ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 88/2021, hereinafter: "Law"), a distance contract is a contract concluded between the trader and the consumer in the framework of organized sale or provision of distance services without the simultaneous physical presence of the trader and the consumer, exclusively using one or more means of distance communication until the moment of concluding the contract, including the moment of conclusion.
Kozmetika.pet is an internet site (hereinafter: "Kozmetika.pet" or "Site") where it is possible to make a distance purchase.
All product descriptions on the Site are given as accurately as possible. In doing so, Bancor Sea & Ski d.o.o. does not warrant that all product or image information provided is 100% accurate, complete, reliable or error-free. If the product you bought deviates from the data listed on the Site, you can return it in an unused condition with the complete documentation that came with it within 15 days from the day of delivery of the product, and we will refund your money.
The availability of the products displayed on the Site may vary depending on the stock status. The exact state of stocks, ie availability can be determined by sending an email to: info@kozmetika.pet.
Prices and payment
All prices listed on the Site are final on the day of the order and include VAT and there are no hidden costs. All prices are given in dinars. After concluding the order on the Site, you will receive an email confirmation of the order. This email contains your details, which you left when ordering. Only after delivery of the confirmation by Bancor Sea & Ski d.o.o. at the mail of the consumer / user, the sales contract is considered concluded. In case we are not able to confirm the order and conclude the contract, you will be notified.
In the case of payment by payment cards, the amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion into the same at the exchange rate used by card organizations, which Bancor Sea & Ski d.o.o. at the time of the transaction he does not know or cannot be known to him. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on the Site.
Conversion statement
All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your creditcard account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Eurointo Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank.When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currencyaccording to the exchange rate of credit card associations. When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocols and PKI systems, as currently the most modern cryptographic technology.Data security during the purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Belgrade, so the complete billing process is performed on the bank's website. At no time is payment card information available to our system.
Refund
In the case of return of goods and return of funds to the customer who has previously paid for any of the payment cards, in part or in full, regardless of the reason for return, Bancor Sea & Ski d.o.o. is obliged to make a refund exclusively through VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will, at the request of the seller, refund the funds to the account of the cardholder.
Product delivery
The products you order through the Site can be delivered through courier services with which Bancor Sea & Ski d.o.o. cooperates and can be paid by cash on delivery (when taking over) in cash or when ordering through an account or through payment cards listed on the Site, in a secure environment and in real time.
For all orders via the Site, delivery is made via courier service, with delivery costs borne by the buyer.
If the product is available for purchase, the ordered product / products will be delivered to you within 7 working days from the date of order confirmation by Bancor Sea & Ski d.o.o. and no later than within 30 days from the day of concluding the Distance Contract. Along with the notification to the buyer - sending the order confirmation, the Distance Selling Agreement, the Form for withdrawal from the contract, as well as the Notice on the rights and obligations of the buyers when buying remotely will be sent to the email. A certified distance sales contract will be delivered to the buyer along with the invoice / delivery invoice upon delivery of the goods (ordered products).
In the event of extraordinary circumstances, which completely prevent delivery, you will be notified via the contact information you gave us when ordering the product. The consumer has no right to delay the delivery of delivery for more than 15 calendar days from the date of ordering, ie once. If the delivery is delayed longer than the specified deadline, or if Bancor Sea & Ski d.o.o. stores the products, the Consumer is obliged to pay a fee of 200 dinars per day for each individual piece of product that is stored.
When receiving the products delivered by the courier service, the Consumer is obliged to unpack and visually inspect the product with the persons who deliver the product, in order to make sure that there is physical damage. If there is physical damage, the Consumer has the right to refuse to accept the product. If upon receipt of the product there are objective circumstances that prevent the consumer from unpacking and detailed visual inspection of the product, the consumer has 24 hours to file a complaint to the courier service.

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded at a distance, ie outside the business premises within 14 days from the date of delivery of the ordered product, without giving a reason.
The Consumer's right to withdraw from the Distance Contract
The consumer has the right to change his mind and cancel the purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. The right to withdraw from a distance contract is prescribed by law.
The consumer exercises the right to withdraw from the contract by a statement that he can give on a special form for withdrawal from the contract concluded at a distance or outside the business premises, which is delivered to the consumer's mail, and you can download it here.
The consumer is obliged to return the product without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day when he sent the withdrawal form. After the expiration of 14 days from the day when he sent the withdrawal form, the product can no longer be returned. The costs of returning the goods in case of withdrawal are borne by the consumer. The goods are returned to the address listed on the withdrawal form.
It is possible to return only products that are undamaged and, if possible, in the original packaging, with all accessories and accompanying documentation.
Upon receipt of the product, it will be determined whether the product is undamaged. The consumer is solely responsible for the impaired value of the goods that arise as a result of handling the goods in a way that is not adequate, ie exceeds what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. The percentage of damage is determined by an authorized person in Bancor Sea & Ski d.o.o. and the amount returned to the consumer is reduced by a determined percentage. If it is determined that a defect or damage to the product has occurred through the fault of the buyer to such an extent that the product can no longer be sold, the refund will be refused and the product will be returned to him at his expense.
In case of legal withdrawal from the contract, the seller is obliged to return to the buyer without delay the amount paid by the buyer on the basis of the contract, and no later than 14 days from the day when he received the withdrawal form. The Seller may defer the refund until it receives the returned goods, or until the Buyer provides proof that he has sent the goods to the Seller, whichever comes first.
In case of return of goods and refund to the customer who previously paid for any of the payment cards via the Internet, in part or in full, regardless of the reason for return, Bancor Sea & Ski d.o.o. is obliged to make a refund exclusively through the given payment method, which means that the bank will, at the request of the seller, refund the funds to the account of the cardholder. In case of cash payment, the cash is returned to the consumer.
Complaint procedure
We hereby inform you that, in accordance with the Law, you can make a complaint about the purchased goods by calling the number: +381631754151 and via email to the address: reklamacije@kozmetika.pet. When complaining about the goods, you are obliged to submit the original of the Distance Contract for inspection with the goods you are advertising, and to submit a copy of the Distance Contract to us.
